Please read the information below to determine who is the best fit for the Initial Coaching Session.

You can’t make a wrong choice!

It’s always an option for you to book in for an initial session with Jen and then an initial session with Luke, or vice versa.

Coach Luke

Book with Luke if your student-athlete is dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, low confidence, fear of making mistakes, self esteem, poor emotional health, communication issues and any other related performance issues you’d like to help them overcome.

Also, book with Luke if you desire your son or daughter to take their confidence, leadership and sports performance to the next level.

Coach Jen

Book with Jen if your soccer player is dealing with issues involving nutrition, low confidence, low or inconsistent energy levels throughout the day, high stress & emotional disregulation, organization & time management, healthy habits, health challenges, social skills, uncertainty about how to get to an important goal, communicating with coaches, how to have an outstanding performance at an upcoming College ID Camp/Clinic, uncertainty surrounding the college recruiting process (player resume, highlight video, emailing coaches, creating a list of their top universities), and any other related issues you would like to help them overcome.

While Luke’s genius zone is in the area of mindset, Jen also works with student-athletes struggling with anxiety, performance anxiety & self esteem. If your son or daughter would much prefer to work with Jen on these areas then feel free to book in with her. After the initial session, if Jen feels strongly that your son or daughter would be better served & more quickly helped by Luke, she’ll let you know.

Also book with Jen if you and your soccer player is already excelling but would like to take their academic & athletic power to the next level.
