Meet Jen: From Ivy League to Pro Soccer
Hi, I’m Jen. I played professional soccer for 7 years alongside some of the best players in the world. A Princeton University graduate, I was named Ivy League Player of the Year and Princeton’s Sportswoman of the Year during my senior year. I also competed with the U-23 Women’s National Team.
For over 6 years, I’ve coached and mentored student-athletes to develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to succeed in soccer and beyond. I specialize in helping athletes navigate the journey from middle school to college and even professional sports, focusing on:

Meet Luke: From Pro Boxer to Mindset Coach
Hi, I’m Luke. I boxed as a professional boxer for 8 years. I competed nationally and trained alongside Olympics and World Champions throughout Australia and the USA. my mindset was the difference between stepping into the ring with fear or confidence. I’ve spent years mastering the mental and emotional strategies that separate good athletes from great ones.
Now, I teach student-athletes how to unlock their potential by combining mental toughness, resilience, and focus with physical stamina. I use Evidence-Based Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Coaching, Neuro-Semantics, and Performance Psychology to create lasting psychological change.
