What is Her Power Academy™?
Her Power Academy™ is passionate about two things:
- Teaching girl student-athletes the skills to have extraordinary confidence and get world class results, on the field, in their academics, and in their social lives.
- Empowering middle and high school girls with the tools and mindset to be healthy, happy and radically in love with themselves.
This is a potent combination for young girls and young women… It helps them take their foot off of the brakes and accelerate toward the things that they love most (their goals & passion projects).
How specifically does Her Power Academy™ help young girls?
We take a holistic, big picture approach.
This approach consists of teaching essential Life Skills in 6 core areas.
The Life Skills we teach our girls go on to benefit them for the rest of their lives, as they navigate high school, college, post college and adult life.
What does Her Power Academy™ currently offer?
We have two programs.
PROGRAM #1 >>> Private, 1-1 Coaching with Jen
PROGRAM #2 >>> A 5-Workshop Series for private Clubs, Teams and Organizations where Jen & Luke co-teach some of the Her Power Academy™ foundations.

PROGRAM 1: Private, 1-1 Coaching with Jen.
Her Power Academy™ offers a 1-1 coaching program for middle & high school student-athletes and young women in college.
In this fully customized, virtual program, Coach Jen takes a holistic approach to teaching each of her student-athletes the 6 core pillars above… All of which, Jen has found, help them enhance their confidence, happiness, health & performance, both on the field and in the classroom.
Jen works with new students for a minimum of 6 months.
As part of this program, Jen’s students will get access to our online, Her Power Academy™ database. Our database includes videos and PDF worksheets to deepen a student’s learning within each of the 6 core foundations. Below is a sneak peak of our database which is private to Her Power Academy clients.
PROGRAM 2: Workshop Series
Her Power Academy™ is pleased to present this 5 workshop series specifically to empower girl student-athletes and their parents.
These workshops are co-taught by Jen Hoy and Luke Bunder.
How does the workshop series work?
Jen and Luke deliver each of the 5 live, Her Power Academy™ workshops to your organization/community over 5 separate, interactive zoom calls.
The dates are scheduled in advance over a series of weeks or months on the days and times that work best for your girl student-athletes and their parents.
These workshops are experiential, meaning that the parent is encouraged to be working with their daughter(s) on the call. This is best done through a laptop or home computer.
Each workshop is typically 75-90 minutes long.
The girls and their parents will leave each workshop with a PDF worksheet, exercises and/or guided audios to help them integrate the learnings.
While the girls and parents are highly encouraged to attend live (since they’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive live coaching), a recording will be provided for those who cannot attend live.

Workshop #5 – The Mindful Athlete Workshop: How to Get Out of Your Mind and Into The Zone

- Get in their head and “out of the zone” as a result of making a mistake and/or worrying about what others think
- Get stuck in their head overthinking things before games, tests and social events

- What mindfulness is and how to do a simple practice that will increase their performance in sports, academics and even their social life.

- The girls and their parents will leave with an interactive PDF and three guided audios. The audios will guide them through a daily practice to deepen and integrate their presence & power into their athletics, academics and social life.
